Prescription Claims

To submit a claim you must fill out a prescription claim form supplied by the New York City Electrical Division Welfare Fund and return it to us along with your prescription receipt, (no register receipts) from the pharmacists. The Welfare Fund will reimburse you up to $2500.

Effective January 1st 2024, the welfare fund will now pay individual claims under $10 purchase in 2024. All claims must be submitted within 120 days from the date prescription filled. No over the counter medication.

Note: The total of the prescription reimbursement cannot exceed $2500 per family per calendar year.
